Jan Fitzgerald

Jan’s diverse executive career has encompassed retail, banking, government, consulting, operations, accounting and sustainability. For the past 25 years, her roles have had sustainability/ESG at their heart, and she is passionate about making a difference in this world. Jan has a strong and successful history of collaboratively shaping and embedding sustainability and carbon reduction strategies and delivering social and community outcomes in organisations across many sectors.

Jan is also a non-executive director and board chair and has served on many boards including in the sports sector. She is currently Chair of Destination Gippsland, independent director of Think Water, and independent member on the Victorian Curriculum Assessment Authority.

In her spare time Jan is a keen runner, skier, and cyclist, and loves camping and hiking in the great outdoors. She is passionate about working with SEA’s sporting community to deliver positive outcomes for this world we all love to play in.
