Deloitte Impact Day - Interactive Workshop
Join us for an exclusive half day workshop with Deloitte, utilising their Climate Change Lab and Climate Led Transformation Framework.
We will unpack and explore the implications of climate change through different dimensions of the sporting industry., and identify and align on three to five priority focus areas, based on greatest urgency and highest impact to sports and sporting clubs in Australia that will help shape the industry’s broader response strategy.
The day will be made up of Deloitte speakers, workshop activities and breakout groups, including:
Setting the scene: Explore climate change in regards to all levels of sports in Australia.
Climate risk to climate opportunity: Identify key implications of climate change across different dimensions. Determine those that will impact the business the most, in the most immediate timeframe.
Opportunity to impact: Together, identify and align on the three to five key focus areas for sports in Australia. Map the selected focus areas to the Deloitte Climate Led Transformation Framework.
The Climate Lab will leave participants with a better understanding of how they impact, and will be impacted by climate change and feel equipped to start addressing the challenges in their respective areas.
After a hands-on workshop, knowledge sharing session, lunch, and networking, you will walk away with an action plan frameworks.
